About Us

I’m Joseph B. Ervin, a dedicated attorney and legal professional based in Savannah, GA. As a Senior Partner at The Ervin Law Firm, PC, I bring years of experience and expertise in law, specializing in serving a diverse range of clients.

I hold a Juris Doctorate from the University of Georgia School of Law and am committed to providing effective legal counsel with a deep understanding of the complexities of the law. In addition to my legal career, I’ve also had the privilege of leading various business ventures, including serving as President/CEO of BB&S, LLC, and Founder/President of Select Mortgage Group, LLC. I’ve overseen multi-state operations, including a medical facility with offices across Georgia and Florida, and a mortgage company focused on providing home funding solutions.

Outside of my professional work, I’m passionate about giving back to the community. I served as Senior Pastor at Bethany Missionary Baptist Church and have been involved in several civic organizations, including the Metropolitan Planning Commission, the Chatham Savannah Authority for the Homeless, and the Inner City Night Shelter. I also serve as corporate attorney for multiple church organizations.

With a strong foundation in law, business, and public service, I am committed to making a meaningful impact in both my professional life and my community.
